VBPSL hydraulically piloted check valve
 
- Structural principle: It is a 3-way single-pilot operated check valve with three oil ports, which can be marked as V, C, pi1. When the pressure oil goes from the V port to the C port, it is free flow; When the C port flows to the V port, the pressure holding state is formed, and the C port is allowed to flow to the V port until the pilot port pi1 applies the pilot pressure and opens the valve core.
- Material characteristics: The valve body is galvanized steel, the internal parts are hardened steel and ground, and the seals are national standard standards, which have good strength and sealing performance.
- Flow parameters: Taking VBPSL-3/8 as an example, the maximum flow rate is 30L/min.
- Connection: The oil port threads V and C are generally G3/8, and the pilot pipe port pi1 is G1/4.
